Spring Lessons at Jim Ager G.C.
As some of you have been here this year already know, our driving range was destroyed by a heavy snowfall over the winter months. At first it looked as though we would have it repaired by May 1st. It now looks as though it may be a bit longer. Besides the fact it is nice to have a place to warm up or practice, we utilize the range for teaching on a almost daily basis - without it all we can do is work on our short game (not a bad idea by the way for most of us). This puts a tremendous damper on teaching any lessons here at the Ager this Spring. We will keep you updated on the progress and as soon as it is repaired, we will begin our lesson programs at the Ager.
Update
We are hoping that our Driving Range will be repaired by the 1st of June. We apologize, we know alot of you are anxious to get started but without the Range, we can only teach half the game or use wiffle balls to teach the full swing. We will continue to keep this page updated with any information we can to aid you in planning your children's golf instruction this spring and summer. If our range is completed by June 1st, here are the dates of our first classes:
Beginners: Tues, June 5th & 12th, 5:30 - 7:00, and Thurs, June 7th & 14th, 5:30 - 7:00
Get Golf Ready: Mon - Fri, June 4th - 8th, 8:30 am - 10:00 am
Private Lessons: By appointment

Ace for Russ Gibson!

Russ took no time at all getting warmed up Saturday morning during Fall League play. He stepped up on #1 tee box, pulled out a 6 iron and hit it in the hole. As luck would have it, it was the final day of League for the year and everyone was watching, including me. The shot landed short of the green and trickled on and just kept rolling, it took the left to right break and dropped in for an Ace.

Thanks to all who attended and to Valentinos for catering the event. As usual we all had a great night with good pizza and lots of fun events. Canyon Skare won the putting contest, Ryan Van Ostrand & Olivia Coffey won the Closest to the Pin contests.
Dont forget about our Fall Leagues starting next Saturday - We will do another party in October!

League Application & Information Available
The League Application is now online on our Pee Wee and Junior Golf League pages, or just click Here
You may print out the application page and mail it to us or stop by in person if you have any questions.
We wanted to answer a common question here: our leagues will not ever "fill up". As many children want to play, will play. There is a deadline of June 1st to sign up, but on June 1st there will still be available spots in every league.
