"Impacting Childrens Lives through Golf"

Everything League!

This is where you can find league rosters and tee times for the entire season. After weekly play is completed, we will post scores and standings on these pages.

Please check schedules again as we have had to make a few changes today.

Fall Leagues Forming

Just because School is starting up does'nt mean we have to quit golf for the year. September and August are actually the best months of the year for golf. The weather is beautiful and that means the course is beautiful so we are not going to waste it. Saturday mornings will be League day at the Ager and we are adding a twist to this league - a different format each week: best ball one week, scramble the next, alternate shot the week after that. It should be very fun and we would love for the children to continue playing all the way to Winter. Entry forms are available now at the proshop.

Ace for Gibson

Ace for Russ Gibson!

Russ took no time at all getting warmed up Saturday morning during Fall League play. He stepped up on #1 tee box, pulled out a 6 iron and hit it in the hole. As luck would have it, it was the final day of League for the year and everyone was watching, including me. The shot landed short of the green and trickled on and just kept rolling, it took the left to right break and dropped in for an Ace.

2011 Junior Golf League Rules

Please Read

We will be using a ten shot maximum rule in Junior league this year. Any card with a score of more than 10 will be adjusted by us when computing scores and points. Players should not take more than 10 shots on any hole, if they are at 10 - they should pick up thier ball and move to the next tee.

If you lose your ball in any way (just plain cant find it, in the creek, over the fence) – drop a new ball into play in a spot within 2 club lengths from the spot where you think your ball should be with a 1 shot penalty. Or, you may hit another ball from where you hit your last shot from, also with a 1 shot penalty.

Count every stroke! If you swing and miss, it counts as a stroke. If you claim you made a score less than what you really had – the penalty is disqualification. Your team will earn 0 points. Even if it’s an accident, so be very careful and count every shot!

Play your ball where it lies. You do not get to move your ball without penalty. If you must move your ball, you may move it 2 club lengths with a 1 shot penalty.

Be courteous (friendly) to everyone. No making fun of anyone, no cursing, be still and quiet while others are hitting a shot. Repair your ball marks and replace your divots. Stay with your group! Even if you’re a fast player and others are not, you must stay with your group – do not wander out in front of them, you could get hurt.

If anyone in your group is not being courteous or honest – report it to us in the shop. Do not hesitate or be afraid to report dishonesty. We promise it will be dealt with. Anyone who is being dishonest or not being courteous may not earn any points and may be asked not to return to league play, period! We will not tolerate dishonesty or rude behavior.
